Terms of Service

By using Baile Charme AI (bailecharmeai.video) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service does

Baile Charme AI turns one photo you upload into a short AI-generated video: first an AI-prepared night-scene picture, then an 8-second, 720p vertical (9:16) dance clip inspired by Baile Charme. Results are generated by AI and vary from photo to photo. We don't guarantee a particular look, movement, likeness or sound, and videos are not recordings of real events or performers.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You need a free account to create videos, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.

Photos you upload

• Upload only photos of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to it.
• Don't upload photos of children, of public figures, or of anyone without their permission.
• Don't upload sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content.

You keep whatever rights you have in your photo. You allow us to process it — including sending it to our AI providers — only to create, store and show your video to you.

Your videos

Your videos are private to your account and you can download them. Don't use them to mislead people, to impersonate someone, or in any way that breaks the law or someone else's rights.

Video credits and payment

• Video credits are sold in one-time packs of 1, 5 or 10 videos, priced and charged in US dollars. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• One credit covers one video, including both AI steps (night scene and dance clip).
• If the AI can't finish a video, its credit returns to your balance.
• Credits can only be used for videos on Baile Charme AI and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's protections, and don't use automated tools to create videos in bulk.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or limit parts of the service — for example, video creation may be paused temporarily. Videos that are already in progress keep their place, and a paused video doesn't use an extra credit when it continues.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses arising from using AI-generated results.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top.
