Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Baile Charme AI website (bailecharmeai.video) handles personal information when you browse it, create an account, upload a photo, buy video credits or create a video.

What we collect

• Account details. Your name, email address and password when you create an account. Your password is handled by our sign-in system and is never shown back to you.
• The photo you choose. Before anything is uploaded, your browser converts your photo into a 9:16 PNG image. This conversion removes hidden photo details such as location and camera information. The converted image is uploaded only when you press Create.
• What we make for you. The night-scene picture and the video created from your photo.
• Purchases. When purchases are available, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive the order details we need — such as the pack, amount, currency and payment status — but not your full card number.
• Technical information. Cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the service.
• Optional analytics. Only if you allow it, we use Google Analytics to count visits to public pages such as the home page, pricing and these policies. It stays off if you decline, and pages inside your account are not measured. You can change your choice from "Privacy choices" at the bottom of the site.

How we use it

• To create your account and keep you signed in.
• To create your video: your uploaded photo, and then the prepared night scene, are sent to AI model providers to generate the result.
• To show your photos and videos only to you and let you download them.
• To process purchases and keep track of your video credits.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Service providers

We use these providers to run Baile Charme AI:

• AI generation: KIE.ai, which gives us access to Google's image and video models (Nano Banana for the night scene, Veo for the dance video). Your photo and the prepared scene are sent there to create your video.
• Hosting and private file storage: Cloudflare.
• Database for accounts, orders and video records: Neon.
• Payments: Stripe.
• Sign-in and account emails: our email delivery provider.
• Optional analytics: Google Analytics, only with your permission.

Who can see your photos and videos

Your uploaded photo, the night scene and your video are stored in private storage linked to your account. On this website they are only shown to you while you're signed in, and they are not published here. The example on our home page was made from our own sample photo, not from anyone's upload.

Your choices

You can decline analytics, change that choice at any time, and sign out whenever you like. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to some uses of it.

Children

Baile Charme AI is for adults (18+). Please don't create an account if you are under 18, and don't upload photos of children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
